Spend the day with me in Japanese (or 日本語)! 🤭🇯🇵

To be honest this one’s kind of out of my comfort zone but you know what they say you have to get uncomfortable to get better at something so here it is haha

Even though I LOVE the crazy city life that comes with living in Tokyo, sometimes it’s nice to get out into nature & enjoy a different side of Japan. A few weeks ago we visited one of the oldest hot spring towns in Japan, Arima Onsen, and stayed at a ryokan called Arima Onsen Gekkoen to get the full traditional Japanese ryokan experience.

This was both of our first times here and it was everything we wanted and more. Having Kobe beef brought straight to our room for dinner, starting the morning in our own private bath, and being surrounded by cherry blossoms.

For about 94,600 JPY ($600 USD) / person a night, what do you guys think?
*prices vary depending on the season and plan*

Thank you @kobe_arimaspa_gekkoen for such a relaxing time :)

This is Japan’s oldest standing bar & you won’t believe how affordable everything is 😱🍸The irony though, is that its in one of the mlst luxurious neighborhoods!

It’s one of those places that are perfect for a night out with friends or as a quick place to stop by for some drinks and snacks :)
