Let’s make summer in a bowl - fruit sago! 😋 I used  mini tapioca pearls and allll kinds of fruits 🍓🥝🥭🫐 And yes I really do yank the skin off my dragon fruits like that… I used to cut it in half like a normal person but then one day, when i was like in middle school, I thought hey can I just pull off the skin by one of its spike and… the rest is history 😂 

PS the trick to make a fruit sago mixture IRRESISTIBLE is to add condensed milk! Either coconut or this amazing condensed OAT milk from @naturescharm 🥥 it’s sooo rich and creamy, a great alternative if you want something different than coconutty

Strechy ooey gooey and just sweet enough, these Gluten Free pancakes are stuffed with red bean paste and wrapped with ube sticky rice mochi. It’s sooo hard to find ube outside Asia until I found this @naturescharm condensed UBE Coconut milk! It has the dreamiest silky consistency and super rich ube aroma and flavor.

80 g sticky rice flour
10 g tapioca starch
80-90 g boiling water
15 g @naturescharm ube condensed coconut milk
90 g red bean paste

The CRISPIEST kimchi pancake evaaa 🤌🏼💥 a few of my fave tricks to make the best kimchi jeon - add starch not just use flour; make it THIN so it can crisp up proper; and use KIMCHI JUICE! Also, when it comes to sticking or not, I gotta say it’s not your pan… 🫣
