Could it be we’re more relevant than we’ve ever been? The chase to be seen and heard is one we’ve been out of for a while, creating is a real thing now and if requires a lot of work to make it a career. Time that, honestly we probably don’t have we anymore. Yes we’re still inspired by those travelling the world, chasing the majors and living the life we once did, but would we swap ours, right now, for that? No chance. And do we think there’s space to share a bit more of the squeezing workouts in, battling bedtime and washing loads. Just maybe. Watch this space ❤️

For me, that’s @virginactiveuk . It’s become a second home for me and my bestie, our favourite place to go play.

It doesn’t have to be deep. Sometimes it’s about carving out an hour or two on days that feel like there’s no time at all, doing something for yourself while your little one is happily living it up in crèche. Whether it’s a run on the treadmill, testing out some new mum strength, or even just 20 minutes to stretch and breathe, this is where I go to reset ❤️
