Ingredients:
5 boneless, skinless, chicken thighs
1 cup honey
1 cup Original BBQ
All Purpose Seasoning
3 russet potatoes
Shredded Colby Jack cheese
Bacon bits
Sour cream
Chives

Instructions:
-Marinate chicken with BBQ + honey in a closed container and into the fridge for 30 mins to 4 hours
-Oil, salt, and bake potatoes at 400°F for about 1 hour
-Once thighs are done marinating, season well and grill over a hot bed of coals until internal temp reaches 165°F
-Once potatoes reach 200°F internal, bring them out, chop up chicken, and build the loaded potatoes
-Garnish with bacon, more BBQ sauce, chives, and sour cream

Ingredients:
2 NY strips
French loaf
Garlic butter (2 sticks butter, 4-5 minced cloves)
Chopped parsley
Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning

Alfredo sauce:
1 Tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup parmesan
Italian Style Herbs and Seasoning

Instructions:
-Best to cook this over the coals, so light up the coals in a charcoal chimney until the smoke stops barreling out the top and dump into a kettle or kamado grill
-Season the steaks with Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning and place over the coals. Put butter and garlic in a skillet next to the steak to get melty with a little Italian Style Herbs and Seasoning
-Once steak and butter are finished, set aside and slice open garlic bread longways. Douse in garlic butter and place over the coals. How quickly the bread browns depends on how close the grate is to the coals, so just keep a close eye so it doesn’t burn. Charring is okay though!
-Once that’s done, make the alfredo sauce by combining all ingredients above and mix together until it comes to a soft boil. Remove from heat
-Slice through the steak and place atop garlic bread garnished with Alfredo, parmesan, and parsley

Mozzarella Snuggets 🇮🇹 Inspired by @ryanmichaelcarter, these are way too easy for how delicious they are. Recipe below ⬇️

Ingredients:
2 pizza doughs (or 1 large)
6-7 mozzarella cheese sticks
Lightly dried basil
Italian seasoning
Garlic butter (1 stick butter, 2 tsp garlic, 1 tsp basil)
Basil and parm as garnish
Frying oil

Instructions:
-Stretch out dough into a rectangle-ish shape. Be sure to dust it well with flour and cornmeal to prevent it from sticking to the surface
-Cut cheese sticks into 1” pieces and place onto the dough with enough room to fold dough over the cheese. Season with a little basil and Italian seasoning, then close in, pinching the ends of the dough together
-Cut into individual pieces and be sure all ends are closed off so that no cheese escapes in the oil
-Place in oil at 350-375°F and fry for just a few minutes (stirring until golden brown) and place on a warming rack
-Cover in garlic butter and parm, then toss well. Serve with a little more basil and parm for some of the most flavorful bites you’ll ever have 😮‍💨
