Huge appreciation to my guy @grantplittmedia for such incredible words, as we round up our first year of working together.

Grant graduated up from our private business group into 1-1 mentoring, directly with me, and it has only been up, since then.

From zero clients and zero revenue, to now consistent $10k months in our last entire quarter. 

Grant travels the country for show clients, has a full roster of retainers and is only levelling up who he works with these days. With higher value clientelle, more intentional marketing and healthy boundaries when it comes to all things figures and energy related.

This @mattflack guy hasn't just built a business from scratch, he's absolutely smashed it.

Juggling a full time job with a creative business side hustle is not an easy thing.

With Matt we needed better marketing structures, regular accountability to an outreach system, healthier rates and to really realise how valuable our time is. Not daunt h for the sake of it. 

In the creative group @joepennymedia brought the extra sauce and covered all creative development for Matt, from commercial video promos, to photography group shoots. 

There are few stones left unturned, in the Gold Standard community. 

Over a period of time and gradual implementation of these basic rules, we have started to see regular £3-£4k months (still part time) and shoots as high as £1400, combining an array of products, with no discount, for higher end clients. 

This....is all still part f*cking time, people.

Coming up soon....is the choice. 

Is having 2 salaries actually making us comfortable? Or can we make the jump to the next stage, counting on our own ability to do it?

Why do you want a bigger business if you're elbow deep in sh*t, with low rates, assh*le clients and a business with zero structure. So you mean you want MORE of that?! 

Steven choose the better business route first, which meant that bigger business had a quality structure and blueprint in place first, to then grow with. We nailed our rates, solidified our deliverables, stuck to our marketing structures and began to stick up for ourselves.

Then slowly the better practises turn into bigger rewards. We found quantity after we created quality. Just had to make space for it first 👊🏼
