The type of leader that would inherit a problem you have to give you a clear mind, then show you how to over come your issue.

There are some people you phone. You might just ask “how’s life” Ona casual ting. After 10 mins and you’re hearing about his 12th problem, thinking his poor baby mum.
Then there are some people you phone. They have a problem but the way they speak about it. Is from a place of encouragement and that they will overcome their obstacle.

LEADER.

Leaders are very misunderstood at times as In a world where most people are more concerned with their own 24 hours and rightly so….leaders have given themselves a responsibility occasionally to be a duty of care to the community so might even care about your 24 hours more than you.

A leader makes decisions that sometimes no one wants to make. Like when I was younger my dad supported spurs. Sorry mate. Poor decision making. My mum on the other hand. Loved Ian wright. Leader.
