Everyone tells you to use supplements and change your shampoo when your hair falls out but nobody actually tells you how fixing the scalp will grow your hair back longer and stronger.

Here is what actually works: I’ve stopped acting like my hair loss was temporary(😖) and started treating my scalp health seriously.

After suffering from the *worst* hair fall of my life last year I decided to take control of my regrowth more seriously.

I’ve been using red light therapy on my face for 5+ years, so If LED works for your face... why not for your hair?

✌🏻 But first two things:
It has to be easy - and it is. I put the LED Hair Growth Helmet on and forget about it
And 2. It needs proven results.

@currentbody have done a lot of clinical trials on their LED Hair Growth Helmet: clinically proven to reduce hair loss by 72%, boost growth by 123%, and create a healthier scalp environment in just 10 minutes a day.

If you’ve got dry brittle ends that snap, greasy, itchy or dry scalp, lack shine or want stronger and longer hair growth - start focusing on your scalp health.

One month in and it’s already seamlessly part of my routine. My scalp feels calmer, less inflamed, and I’m actually excited about what the next 12 weeks will bring.

If LED works for your face... why not for your hair?

You’re not late. You’re just not seeing the full picture.

Everyone’s so obsessed with “overnight success” stories - the creator who blew up in 3 months, the girl who landed a Dior deal after 6 posts. But let me tell you something that’ll actually help you: those stories are BS. Or at least, they’re incomplete.

I’ve been a full-time influencer for 9 years. NINE. And the brand deals, the consistent income, the freedom to work from anywhere? That didn’t happen because I went viral once. Because I had THE bag, the blow dries, the marble island in my kitchen.

It happened because I showed up when no one was watching, learned the business side that no one talks about, and treated my content like a real career - not a side hobby I’d quit when it got hard.

Celebrities and your fav influencers work for years to hone their craft before winning. To us? It looked like she just showed up and won. That’s the game. The grind is invisible until the success is undeniable.

Here’s what I know: monetising your personal brand and building a profitable content creation business is THE opportunity for women of our generation. Not just for extra cash - for actual financial freedom, for building something that’s yours, for creating a life that doesn’t require you to beg for annual leave.

But you have to stay in the game long enough to see it pay off.

TOP 7 TIPS HERE 👇 the truth is my hair is still thin but 4 months of regrowth and we are making progress even when 40% of it is between 1-3 inches long 😩).

👇 Here are some non negotiables I’ve been doing for the last 4 months to help regrowth and overall health:

1. Cut the bob and the regular trims: soz if you’re fighting this one but if you’ve lost most of your hair and feeling sh*t about wearing it down - the best thing you will ever do for hair health (and your self esteem) is cut it off ✂️

2. Weekly strengthening & hydrating hair mask: pop it on before bed or before a workout 2x weekly pre hair wash. I use @mvanclarke 3 more inches strengthening (you can’t over do it!) and I love @davines_uk nourishing hair building pak and @arkiveheadcare treatment mask.

3. Hair oiling once a week with one single drop: i use a @celui.theone 100% natural oil (not silicones or plastics) it helps smooth and hydrate hair post styling. One drop doesn’t weigh down my fine hair. Cost per use is insane.

4. Heat styling 2x per wk max: I do a solid blow out base at the start and then allow a light tough up / re shape in between my next wash. I use my @dysonbeauty hair dryer because it’s gentle and dries quickly and styling tools like the @ghdhair rise to finish this.

5. Double shampoo: use a scalp clarifying shampoo for ultimate scalp health - I like @davines_uk purifying shampoo and @mvanclarke exfoliating shampoo- keeps irritation and product build up at bay for healthy growth.

6. Supplements: I already take Omegas 3 daily for my adhd and a drinkable collagen is great for hair too. Ensure you’ve done your labs so you can supplement anything you’re low in. @jshealthvitamins Hair & Energy is a great all rounder.

💁🏼‍♀️ If you fancy being extra: I got myself the @currentbody LED Hair helmet because the stats were crazy impressive. It’s early days but I’m obsessed with how my skin feels after using me red light mask so I’m pretty confident long term this is going to support the regrowth and health.
