The ingredients in this are so good, and I am ingredient crazy!!!
You can eat them right out of the pouch or They take ONE MINUTE to heat up and you’re done?! They already have 10-13g of plant protein, great as is, or imagine adding chicken and your meal prep is done for the week. Easiest thing ever.
No seed oils, just extra virgin olive oil. Also, it has to taste good, and these do.

They also have 6g+ of fiber!!
