Dubai Choc Strawberries 🍓

Ingredients:
8-10 Strawberries

200g Kataifi
2tbsp Butter
6tbsp Pisti Pistachio
2tbsp Aldi Pistacho Crème
1.5tbsp Tahini
Sea Salt

200g Milk Choc
100g Dark Choc
0.5tsp Coconut Oil

Chopped Pistachios

Recipe:
- Cut up your kataifi pastry into small shards
- On a pan, toast your pastry with melted butter on medium - low heat for 15 minutes, gently stir for an even crisp
- With your katafi, add to a bowl, melted pistachio pastes and your tahini, mix all together and adjust the taste to your liking
- Let this solidify and cool in the fridge
- Wash your strawberries and pat dry
- Wrap the Kunafa around the strawberries and roll them until smooth
- Set these again in the fridge until solid (30mins)
- In a jar, melt chocolate & coconut oil at 10 second intervals for 1 minute. Keep stirring each time for smooth finish and to prevent burning
- Let the chocolate cool for a couple of minutes so it’s not too runny, this ensures a thick casing of chocolate on the fruit
- Dip your fruit into the choc and set until solid
- Use the rest of the chocolate to drizzle and decorate in crush pistachios!
