Dough Ingredients
•  3 cups all-purpose flour
•  ¼ to ½ teaspoon salt
•  6 oz unsalted butter (about 1 ½ sticks), or a mix with lard for more flakiness
•  1 egg
•  ¼ to ½ cup water (adjust as needed)

Quick Instructions:
1.  Use a food processor: Mix flour and salt, add cubed butter and pulse until crumbly. Add egg and water gradually until a clumpy dough forms. (Or mix by hand.)
2.  Knead briefly into a ball, flatten into disks, and chill in the fridge for 30+ minutes.
3.  Roll out on a floured surface and cut into circles for filling.(I used a mason jar lid as a cutter) 

This dough works great for baking or frying (air frying too!).
Recipe is so easy, only 3 ingredients. Fill a food processor with frozen grapes, add 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup to your liking and that’s it! Makes the most delicious sorbet.
Ok everyone loves frozen grapes! Blend them in a food processor with some Greek yogurt, add honey or maple syrup and you seriously have the most delicious grape sorbet! Chocolate was just melted chocolate chips with coconut oil :)

1 can or jar of Cannellini beans
1 can of tuna
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cups chopped parsley + extra for top 
1/3 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes in olive oil
1/3-1/2 cups grated Parmesan 

💛🍋Here is my lemony vinaigrette that I make early in the week and keep in the fridge:
1 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1-1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon garlic (fresh)
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Salt and pepper
