2.5 years post pill and I’ve never felt more feminine.

My ‘Beyond the Pill’ ebook for coming off contraception and tracking your hormones and cycle naturally is in my bio for the in depth support post-pill and feeling more feminine than ever <3

Coming off the pill was one of the scariest but best things I’ve done 💊

(My content isn’t for those with long term health conditions like endo, adeno + using the pill for health reasons beyond that)

I did it because I preached about holistic health and wellness as wanted to understand my body, understand what was causing my acne and to get my 🌶️ drive back.

My hormones, my cycle 🫦
& that’s how all women should feel. Not giving the pill as the only option without long term health conditions.

I know not every girl will agree with tracking your cycle naturally
and that’s okay - this is my experience 🤍

Over 2 years later, I’ve learnt more about myself than I ever did on the pill and i wish someone had explained it all to me sooner!!!

If you’re thinking about coming off the pill (or already have and feel confused), I put everything i learnt into my Beyond the Pill ebook 💛

Comment or DM me “PILL” and i’ll send it to you 💌
Guides in my bio for extra help <3

As a girl with no female health concerns, I should never be obliged to just ‘take the pill’ for my acne and because I’m active.

To just be presented with acne even worse when I come off? To numb my libido? No thank you.

Women should be educated rather than prescribed <3

Beyond the Pill ebook in my bio for coming off the pill with ease and tracking your cycle naturally ❤️‍🔥
