We’re 300 days into the year. Have you pushed your body weight up by at least 30 lbs? Have you followed the same exact split the entire time and added a minimum of 20 kilos to your working sets across your main movements? Have you pushed your calories up by a minimum of 1500 in the last 300 days? If the answer is no to those 3 basic tenets then you have no right to be confused about your poor results.
