Having to withdraw from @ironman_estonia 70.3 was the hardest decision, but it’s the only sensible decision if I want a future as an athlete. 

RED-S has sent me the biggest message to slow down and recover in the form of 3 stress fractures, it would be impossible to ignore. 

Now is time to focus on the comeback. It’s gonna be a good one.
