Mother’s Day looked a little different for me this year… and I loved every second of it. ❤️

My son and I spent quality time together doing the Fierce 50 — moving, laughing, sweating, and making memories. It reminded me of all the years I spent on the sidelines and fields with him (…and sometimes joining him, seriously) at soccer games, football, basketball, practices, and all the little moments in between.

FITNESS has always been part of our family bond.
Not because of aesthetics… but because movement gave us time together, discipline, connection, and memories that still stay with me today.

Now, at 58, being able to still move with my son like this feels like one of life’s greatest gifts. ❤️

Most of the workouts I share are at home because I want women to know you do NOT need a gym to start changing your life.

But when I do step into the gym… I focus on BUILDING STRENGTH. 💪🏾

Especially in midlife, strength training is one of the best things we can do for our bodies, our confidence, and our long-term health.

Strengthens the hamstrings to support knee health, balance, and overall lower-body function.

✔️ Pendulum Squat Machine
Builds quad and glute strength while helping improve control, power, and lower-body endurance.
