Last chance (for a while) for ready-to-post Bloomies!! Asp we have reduced the shipping price! ⭐️🇪🇺😭
After this weekend I am devo’d to say that we will not longer be able to post to EU (European Union) and NI (Northern Ireland) regions. I’m sure we’re not the first small business you’ve seen announcing this and we certainly won’t be the last! All festive orders to these countries have already been posted and they will safely be on their way to you if they haven’t already arrived!

At first I hoped the new GPSR regulations was something I could work my way through (or ignore) but alas it really doesn’t seem that way. I am following the lead of other small and large businesses and patiently waiting to see how this develops and hopefully changes in our favour.

Yelp! The backlash of Brexit strikes again! This could really really fuck over our brand and all the dreams and plans we have for 2025. I say with a worried and heavy heart that I think many small businesses will not survive without this trade. The EU especially is a massive amount of our customer base here at Betty’s Bloomies and for years before was a crucial part of my income with my brand elizabeth whibley, for this I am so grateful for!! The idea of my creations bopping around so many beautiful countries makes me so happy!

With Bloomies we don’t have a new collection coming out until February 2025 ANYWAY so I am hoping it’s resolvable or at least clearer how UK small businesses can make sure they can still trade to NI and EU. We will keep you updated every step of the way! Please don’t give up on us in this time! 🎀🍊🩷

I have so much hope for posting everywhere again (surely!?) !! Just a bit of a shitty time until then! I’ll pop some resources in my story which explain or example the GSRP further for anyone that’s not heard of it yet! #smallbusinessowner #slowfashion #smallbusiness #romanticfashion
