VAN STAPELE

I couldn't come to Amsterdam and not visit the famous @vanstapele for their amazing chocolate cookies.

The queue outside was very telling, but even the experience of being in the queue was amazing! Seeing the window display with the ball on the marble run, the beautiful decor and to see the cookies be made through the window and individually hand rolled.

The Cookies themselves were UNREAL! They have a lush, indulgent white chocolate centre which is beautiful when you eat the Cookies warm.

We bought a box of them to enjoy at home and appreciated the instructions on how to warm them up so they have that gorgeous centre as if freshly baked.

Don't let the queue put you off - they're so worth it!
