Quick and easy recipe. !
In a pan with some olive oil, 1 chopped oignons, 2 garlic cloves, 100gr of chopped roasted and peeled red peppers,1 tbsp of cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
Some sardines on the side and a toasted bread with homemade butternut purée.

Spiced cauliflower:
1/2 cauliflower cur and boiled for 10min
Once drained and cooled down add spices : cumin, curry, paprika, garlic granules, salt , pepper, honey.
( One table spoon of everything)
Then add 3 table spoon of olive oil.
And bake in the oven for 20min at 180 degrees.

You can also just pan dry everything at a high heat for 5-10 Min or until its a little caramelised.! Depends on your taste but I like it crispy in tbe outside and soft in the middle !

There are 1000 different ways to make a tasty Algerian Tajine but this is an EASY recipe I love to make. It's healthy, tasty and you don't need to be a chef ! Here is the full recipe for you guys :

Serve 4 people:.
3 boneless chicken thighs
4 mediums potatoes
4 carrots
1 courgette
1 onion
5 garlic cloves
1 tbsp of harrisa
1 preserved lemon
1 medium piece of ginger depending on how much you like ginger. (Mine was the size of my thumb )
2 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp of curcuma
2 tbsp of cumin
1 tbsp of cinnamon powder
1 tbsp of paprika
Optional (1 tbsp of ginger powder)
( You don't need any water as the courgette and onion will release enough water to make the perfect tagline ! )
