eating healthy ≠ eating boring!! 

if you are trying to lose fat and build muscle it is NOT about how little you eat it’s about WHAT you’re eating!! i’m always seeing people under eat like crazy thinking it’s gonna speed up results, but all it does it slow you down. muscles NEED food to grow and focusing on whole foods that come from the earth will FUEL you into transforming your body ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 

something that i used to struggle heavily with was being WAYYY to restrictive with my diet and it never lasted more than a few weeks, i would always give up. but overtime i learned how to make a solid meal plan. you’d be surprised at how delicious your meals can be while also satisfying your fitness goals because YES it’s possible!! 

here’s what i did to stay CONSISTENT with eating healthy: 

- made sure i actually enjoyed what i was eating 
- stopped drinking my calories and focused on water and healthier beverages 
- had cheat meals every week in moderation to have balance 
- ate healthy 80% and 20% ate whatever i wanted 
-  didn’t cut out sugar or carbs, ate them in moderation 
- centered protein in all meals 
- cooked 90% of meals at home so i was in control of ingredients

march-july with a lean body recomp 🤌🏽🤌🏽

how i did it:
- high protein calorie deficit 
- strength train 2-3x a week 
- anything over nothing mindset.  even if i only did 1/2 a workout, only ate 1 healthy meal etc i did what i could everyday and focused on what i CAN do vs can’t. that compounded over time and helped me stay consistent!! 

4 months might seem like a long time BUT the time passes anyway so you might as well be leaner, stronger, with healthier habits ⭐️⭐️⭐️
