ad The mornings are always GO GO GO but I’ve found just giving myself an hour every morning to prioritise myself by making a nice breakfast and having my @spacegoods coffee while journaling for 5 minutes has really helped to set me up for the day.

(Also don’t forget if you wanted to use my discount for Rainbow dust it’s DAISY - it gives you 20% off the starter kit!!- I love the plain coffee flavour but they do other ones to)
And I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🎶❤️
And that’s exactly how I love it . 💃🏻💃🏻
⚠️ TRIGGER WARNING: brief injury, hospital scenes & blood

I said to my son this morning, “I look at you now and sometimes I forget what even happened to you.”

There was a time that was truly so scary and vulnerable.

Today I sat back and reflected on everything, and waves of emotion came rushing in. One moment I know will stay with me forever is walking around the corner and seeing him lying there, his bike in two pieces.

I will never forgive myself for not putting a helmet on him. But we learn from our mistakes, right? I am endlessly grateful that this was a mistake that was fixable, because it could have been a million times worse. The days of seeing him like that will haunt me forever.

But it’s funny, as mums we don’t actually have a choice but to be strong, do we? In moments like this you think you will crumble, but instead something else takes over. Lioness mode. You do anything to protect them and make them better.

I know kids’ bodies heal better than adults’, but I truly believe the homeopathic support and measures we put in place played a big part in how well he healed. Forever grateful to @homeopathiccollective for your guidance and support.

Not only that but red light therapy, collagen and protein in milkshakes, silver collidol on the scar, lots of rest.. NO school until we were both ready, lots of cuddles - we made it!

I finally felt ready to share what happened, and please no hate. Helmets and proper protective gear were purchased for Christmas.

After a scary accident, he could’ve said no forever. Instead, he asked for a bike for Christmas. That’s courage. That’s resilience. That’s my boy. 🥹💛 I love you son xx
