My Self-Care Experiment: Episode 1 💆🏼‍♀️✨

This month I tried Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage!|

I chose this to support my lymphatic system, reduce puffiness and water retention, and give my body some extra support.

If you didn’t know..
Your lymphatic system is part of your immune and detox pathways. It helps move waste, excess fluid, and supports overall balance in the body. Unlike your circulation, it doesn’t have its own pump which means it relies on movement, breath, and manual techniques (like this) to keep things flowing.

When lymph becomes sluggish, it can show up as:
• Puffiness (especially face/eyes)
• Fatigue or brain fog
• Water retention & bloating
• Stiffness or achiness
• Frequent colds or feeling “run down”

My honest thoughts are…
I am genuinely surprised by how relaxing it felt. I expected it to be intense, because I first saw it being performed on someone who was recovering from a tummy tuck 😆… but the pressure was perfect for me and I left feeling amazing and had no soreness afterwards.
Someone at work even commented that I looked like I’d lost weight (I hadn’t), and considering I was on my period, when I’m usually more puffy it really stood out to me.

Would I do it again?
Yes. It felt like a really intentional way to support my body rather than just “treating” it.

Let me know if you have any questions.. I have tagged the lovely Daniela @flexologybydaniela if you would like to give it a go yourself.

What holistic treatment should I try next? 👀✨

I get asked all the time which supplements I trust and honestly, @wildnutritionltd has been my go-to for years. 🌿

Whether it’s an all-in-one multi or something for pregnancy and breastfeeding, my answer is always Wild Nutrition. As well as the usual vitamin D, C, Iron and so on, they also do targeted supplements for things like fertility, endo support, and even energy.

I first found them during my pregnancy when I was deep-diving into the cleanest, most effective supplements I could find. Their products are food-grown (not synthetic), which means your body actually knows what to do with them. They have weird fillers or preservatives just real, bioavailable nutrients. 🙌

When they reached out to send me their Women’s Multi Nutrient, I was honestly over the moon and I’m so excited to make it part of my daily routine 💊✨

If you’re on the hunt for cleaner supplements that actually work, check them out… link in bio
