Recipe:
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup onion 
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Calabrian chili paste
1 cup arborio rice
1/4 cup white wine 
4 cups vegetable stock
2 tbsp sun dried tomatoes
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup half and half
1/2 cup Parmesan 
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Parsley to garnish 

Directions:
Heat vegetable stock in a pot. Add oil, onion, garlic and Calabrian chili paste to pan. Let this sauté until fragrant. Add the Arborio rice to the pan and let it toast for a minute. Pour in the wine until completely absorbed. Ladle in 1 spoon of stock at a time. When it’s almost absorbed, pour in another ladle. Keep doing this with the remainder of the stock. After your last ladle of stock, add in the sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, half and half, and Parmesan. Risotto should be cooked now. Remove it from the stove and add mozzarella on top and broil until cheese is bubbly. Garnish with parsley & enjoy!
I was too lazy to do a voiceover 😂 but these turned out so good!! I usually make them with the @pepperidgefarm farm puff pastry sheets, but these shells were so much cleaner to assemble & they look cute!! This recipe makes way more than 6 shells so you can save the remainder of the filling for sandwiches :) 💕 ENJOY!

Ingredients
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 cup diced red onion
1/4 tsp hing
1 Serrano, diced
1 tbsp ginger paste
8 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 potatoes, boiled & diced
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Directions
Add 2 tbsp oil to your pot. Once heated, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, mustard seeds. When they stopped popping, add in your red onion and hing. Add salt per taste. Mix for a minute and then add in the Serrano, ginger paste, and garlic let that cook for another 2 minutes and then add in the frozen peas. When peas are halfway cooked, add in the potato, chili powder and turmeric powder. Give everything a good mix and adjust for seasonings per taste. Follow the puff pastry directions and assemble!
I think I just created the best item ever.. it’s like a Kati Roll meets a Shawarma 🌯🌯 I’m using
the @Toufayan wraps which get soo perfectly crispy on the stove! And the filling is delicious -
I’m using paneer marinated with all of the classic shawarma seasonings, but you can use meat

Mix the following together and let it marinate for at least 2 hours:
12 oz Paneer, thinly sliced
1/2 cup yogurt
10 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp of each powder - cumin, coriander, onion, garlic, paprika
Pinch of cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp hot red pepper paste
1 tbsp pickle juice
1 tbsp oil
Salt + black pepper to taste

When the paneer is marinated, cook on 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, mix halfway through.Make sure it’s cooked, but don’t let it get too dry!

Get the coating for the wrap ready by mixing a tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1/4 tsp sumac,
and 1 tbsp of oil. Set aside.

To assemble, spread some toum (garlic sauce) on the Toufayan Wrap. Then add some sumac,
lettuce, onion, cilantro, tomato, cornichons, and the cooked paneer. Roll it up.

Add some of the red pepper mixture to a heated pan. Transfer your wrap over and start cooking
it. Take a cooking brush and dab the red pepper paste and oil all over the wrap on each side,
and keep cooking / flipping the wrap until every side is coated and crispy!
You guys always ask how I make refried beans and this is exactly it!!! Sometimes there are shortcuts, but this is how I make it most times! Also Mexican Pizza & this song is my favorite thing ever 😘💕 Enjoy!! 

- 2 tbsp oil
- 1.5 cup diced onion
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 diced jalapeno 
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup @pacesalsaandsauces salsa
- 3 cups cooked & mashed pinto beans
- 1/2 - 1 cup veggie broth or water

Add oil to a pan. Once hot, sautéed onion and garlic until translucent and fragrant. Add in bell peppers & jalapeno and cook for 2 minutes. Add taco seasoning and let it toast for a minute before adding in salsa. Mix in the beans and veggie broth or water. Mix everything until well incorporated and adjust for seasoning if necessary.
