Ingredients
• 400g frozen mixed berries
• 2 tsp chia seeds
• 2 tsp honey
• 80g jumbo oats
• 1 tbsp smooth nut butter
• 2 egg whites
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of salt
• 5 pecans, crushed
• To serve: 200g Greek yoghurt

Method
1️⃣ Heat oven to 180°C (160°C fan)
2️⃣ Toss berries with chia seeds + honey in a small ovenproof dish
3️⃣ Mix oats, nut butter, egg whites, cinnamon, salt + crushed pecans
4️⃣ Spoon crumble loosely over berries (don’t press down) 
5️⃣ Bake 30-35 mins until golden and crunchy on top
6️⃣ Serve warm with Greek yoghurt
