Turns out flexibility and mobility matter a lot more than I thought 😭

I absolutely adore pole, but I’ve realised that if I actually want to progress, I need to work on the less glamorous bits too… which is why I suffer through hips & hamstrings every single week.

I had no idea how tight my hips were until I started properly training mobility, and honestly it’s been impacting everything: pole, running, recovery, all of it.

Slowly but surely trying to build strength, flexibility and stability together instead of just throwing myself into tricks and hoping for the best 🫠

Very happy to be doing it in my @sweatybetty kit too.
Celebrating 10 years of their iconic Power franchise while I attempt to strong hip hottie + a flexible queen!

STRAIGHT PEOPLE STOP.
STRAIGHT PRIDE 2026?

No but seriously what has REALLY fascinated me is how quickly the conversation has shifted into framing heterosexuality as something under attack??? As though wanting a romantic relationship with a man now makes you a freedom fighter. BE SERIOUS TODAY.

We are genuinely entering “Straight Lives Matter” territory and it’s GOOFY. This sudden need to protect or comfort straightness feels VERY unserious to me.

How can you list 600 reasons why women are disinvesting from heterosexuality yet the take away is “believe in love” and work on the problems instead of avoiding them?????

They think for hundreds of years women have been playing Nintendo Switch instead of dealing with gender relations and it’s very silly.

I’m writing a book at the moment and really diving into the femosphere so have a good understanding of how and why these groups emerge and I don’t think women opting out of dating, temporarily or permanently, is somehow equivalent to the manosphere or even the femosphere.

A woman looking at the world around her and deciding to recenter herself, focus on other things, or step away from dating is not radical hatred. It’s not equivalent to misogyny or violence.

You can’t blame women for not “picking better” and then blame them for not picking at all! At some point we need to be honest: questioning heterosexuality is not oppression. Women critically assessing the realities of modern relationships is not an attack on straight people.

And I’m sorry, but “being straight is fun actually” cannot be the revolutionary counterargument people think it is like GROW UP!
