My workouts are mainly focused on glutes with a splash of hammies and quads thrown in there (calves get hit once every now and then 🤣) 

I’ve been pretty quiet on insta because life is super busy right now, I’m full with PT and massage clients and focusing on my upcoming exams for uni but I’m still grafting hard in the background!

The new @powhergymliverpool is OPEN 🤩 

It’s been a crazy few weeks but we are finally at the new location and honestly I couldn’t be happier to have this stunning gym to train all my female PT clients at! 

I’ve done a couple of workouts here and WOW the glow up is actually insane. Soooo much new kit to play on and a beautiful space to now call home 🥰
