nearly a year ago, I had an idea while I was bawling my eyes out on the motorway after dropping my girls off to their dad for Christmas, feeling completely & utterly lost thinking just get me the fuck home so I could open the wine I had waiting for me - which I did, but I also opened my laptop & got to work & that idea has quite literally changed my life & I am so unbelievably proud of what it’s become

my challenge isn’t just about working out, it’s so much more...

it’s a space where you can feel safe, supported, motivated, included - a place to escape the madness of life & take 25 minutes just for you to move your body in a way that’s fun, simple & genuinely effective

as a full-time single self employed mum, I know how hard it is to find the time to get to the gym, let alone afford the ridiculous membership prices

& now here we are, heading into the 12th month of what was meant to be 1 month, but what has grown into a community beyond my wildest dreams

for 25 days, we do 25 workouts which are just 25 minutes with an optional 5-minute meditation at the end

everything is live on zoom, but also recorded so you can catch up anytime that suits you (recordings expire after 3 days)
