โ€ข2 ripe bananas
โ€ขtbsp flax & chia seeds 
โ€ข3/4 any plantbased milk
โ€ข200๐‘” fresh blueberries

โ€ขPlantbased coconut yoghurt

โ€ขCinnamon

โ€ขAdd all of your ingredients into a blender, and blend up until thick๏ผŽ

โ€ขAdd a tbsp of coconut oil to a pan, and add pancake batter in. Cook for 2-3 mins either side - or until you start to see multiple holes appear on top๏ผŽ

โ€ข1 cup cooked or canned chickpeas
โ€ข1 cup red lentils 
โ€ข2 tbps oil 
โ€ข1 small onion
โ€ข1 tbsp ginger 
โ€ข1 tbsp garlic 
โ€ข1 cup tomato puree 
โ€ข1 can coconut milk 
โ€ข2 handful of baby spinach

โ€ขsalt to taste
โ€ขchili powder 1 tsp
โ€ขcoriander powder 1 tsp
โ€ขcinnamon 1/2 tsp
โ€ขcumin 1 tsp
โ€ขturmeric 1/2 tsp
โ€ขfew fresh coriander leaves

๐ผ๐‘›๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘Ÿ๐‘ข๐‘๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘œ๐‘›๐‘ ๏ผš

Add oil and onions to a pan and cook for 2-3 mins until translucent. Add minced ๐‘“๐‘Ÿ๐‘’๐‘ โ„Ž ginger and garlic, mix and add ๐‘Ž๐‘™๐‘™ the seasonings.

Cook for another 5 mins and add tomato puree and then coconut milk. Continue cooking for 5 mins, and add lentils first & after 2 mins add the chickpeas. 

Add some water if the sauce is too thick at this point. Mix well, add the spinach and let it cook on medium heat for around 5 mins. 

Serve with naan or riceโ€ฆenjoy!
