INGREDIENTS 

For two servings:
 •1 package @devotionnutrition angel food cake (code AMYS232) 
•1/4 cup milk
•1 egg
•2 tbsp flour
•1/2 tsp baking powder 
Frosting 
•1 scoop protein powder 
•1-2 tbsp milk

•2-4 tbsp dot sprinkles 

For multiple portions/prep:
Use a lower sugar, higher protein/fiber better for you mix like @trueatsbaking , @simplemills or @lakanto (all gluten and refined sugar free!) 

Just 4x - 6x the frosting depending on how many servings each box yields! 

DIRECTIONS 

•Mix your milk and protein powder well before mixing in your egg.
•Add the rest of your dry ingredients and mix well.
•Transfer to two ramekins and microwave for 60-90 seconds
•Mix your protein powder and milk for the frosting until you get a thick and creamy consistency adjusting as needed
•Cut your mug cake in half and add a layer of frosting, and another on top before leveling the top and dipping it in sprinkles

INGREDIENTS 

• 1/3 cup pineapple juice
• 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar
• 3 tbsp water
• 2-3 tbsp hot honey
• 1 tsp garlic
• 1 tsp fresh ginger
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• Optional: Black pepper + red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS

Whisk together and simmer until thickened. (will thicken more as it cools)

•3/4 cup greek yogurt
•8 oz feta
•1 tbsp @bonafurtuna olive oil + more for drizzling
•1/4 -1/3 cup fresh herbs (I used parsley, dill, green onion and basil)
•Juice of 1/2 a lemon
•Topping: Olive oil drizzle, more fresh herbs, 1 tbsp chopped pistachios

INSTRUCTIONS

• Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Adjust to taste if needed.
• Spread on a bowl or plate and add olive oil drizzle, chopped nuts and herbs
